Character Concept:
Infiltrator was originally a member of The Elite named Stealth Girl. Then, when I was rebooting the series, I made her part of the pre-teen hero team called the Knockouts. However, this version of her resulted from remaking her in an RP thanks to .

Character:
Name: Dorothy Denver
Age: 15
Personality: A rather odd girl, mostly due to her lack of human interaction. This is because she was going to be trained to be the ultimate assassin. After The Second Flash gave various people powers, she was one of the people who was affected. The result was her gaining super speed. Being raised in a controlled environment, she had not been given a name outside of her code name "Infiltrator". However, she was given classical works of literature to read, and she named herself "Dorothy" as a result. She was given a multi-tasking visor that was fused to her skull, which also contained three A/I's for the different parts. She wound up naming them "Scarecrow", "Tin Man", and "Cowardly Lion". With her found skills of escaping, she got her freedom and went on the run. She left the lab and gave herself the last name of the first city she came across: Denver. She went on the run to escape her old keepers, teaming up with people from The Elite, The Masks, The Knockouts, even other people affected by The Flash.
Powers/Weapons:
-Able to run at a speed just under the speed of sound
-Master of infiltration (even having her finger prints chemically removed)
-A visor with multiple functions, including instant mapping of environment and a small laser
