Making an expansion on the Hetalia States deal. Now, I can expand upon these characters. Anyway...

Delaware
His human name is Devon Oxenstierna Jones. He's often considered the oldest of the states and tries acting in a calm, mature manner (except where his kid brother, New Jersey, is involved) however, he does have a tendency to be sarcastic and is rather blunt about it. He was found and raised by Sweden and Finland, who encouraged that he become a doctor. However, he was soon taken away by Netherlands to be in New Netherlands with states like Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, and others. He dislikes England for taking him away from Netherlands, who treated them kindly. Though he's the family doctor, he suffers from asthma (keeping his inhaler in his First Aid Kit). His mole represents Wilmington. His personality is mostly based off of a history teacher I had in my second semester of college.
